Below, you’ll find a look back at the features, events, partnerships, and initiatives that made 2025 unforgettable.
New Features
In 2025, our team focused on building tools that enhance clarity, streamline collaboration, and empower florists with deeper financial insights and stronger supplier connections. Many of the features launched this year were shaped directly by feedback from our members and partners. From new reporting dashboards to improved event workflows to the expansion of Details Direct, each update was designed to support your growth and keep your business running smoothly.
Below is a look at the powerful features introduced throughout 2025:

This year’s biggest enhancements centered around Details Direct, which received a refined ordering experience, expanded supplier options, and new tools to support smarter sourcing.
For years, we’ve listened to florists share their challenges when sourcing product — especially those in rural areas, facing last-minute changes, or working with wholesalers who might not always have the right items in stock.
Details Direct was designed to bridge that gap. It connects you directly to live inventory and real-time pricing through participating suppliers, giving you a reliable and efficient way to get the flowers you need when you need them. The system is centered around your delivery date, so what you see is what’s available for your specific timeline.
Members can now:
Access Details Direct from multiple areas of their account
Set delivery dates and see real-time product availability
Filter by color, price, and category
Search by product attributes
Switch between Image View and Table View
Explore assorted box breakdowns
Add items to a 60-minute reserved cart

To help teams stay aligned and prevent conflicting edits, we introduced real-time User Presence Alerts. These notifications appear when:
Another user is editing the same page
Someone is in the same event on a different page
You open the same page in multiple tabs
Another user saves changes on a page you’re viewing
Alert bars and icons provide clear visual cues, making collaboration smoother and reducing the risk of accidental overwrites.

One of the most requested features of 2025, tipping is now fully supported through Details Invoicing. Clients can add tips during checkout, designate who the tip is for, and view recommended percentages. Tips are automatically logged, and a dedicated Tip Reporting page provides totals, averages, and customizable views.
The Event Tips page offers full transparency into tips collected across all events. Users can search, view Quick Stats, edit fields inline, customize columns, and export data—making it easy to track team recognition and prepare for payroll.
Internal Updates
In 2025, we continued enhancing our company-facing tools to better support internal teams and partners with clearer insights into customer behavior and global trends. These improvements were designed to help us forecast more accurately, make data-informed decisions, and better understand how florists utilize products and organize events across markets. By strengthening our analytics infrastructure, we can support smarter planning, stronger partnerships, and more responsive solutions for the industry.
One of these enhancements includes the Supplier Item Analytics page, created specifically for our partners. This tool provides visibility into product usage, emerging trends, and seasonal patterns, helping suppliers refine their offerings, adjust production, and better align with florist demand. Internally, our Country Totals admin dashboard provides our team with a global view of customer distribution, event volume by country, and average event costs—insights that directly support our international growth strategy and ensure we meet the evolving needs of our members worldwide.
Insights from Members
As Details has grown, we’ve been privileged to witness the remarkable growth of our customers right alongside us. Since our founding in 2015, the total number of events managed in Details has grown from just 58 to more than 27,000 in 2025, just from U.S. Florists alone! That progress is also reflected in rising event values across the globe. In 2015, the average grand event total was $2,200. By 2025, U.S.-based florists using Details are averaging $6,834.65 per event.
Internationally, we’re seeing similarly encouraging trends, with average event totals reaching $5,336.25 USD in the UK and $3,419.97 USD in South Africa. Seeing this data come together from customers around the world reinforces what we believe at our core: this growth is about more than numbers. It’s proof that florists are streamlining workflows, gaining clearer financial insights, and running stronger, more profitable businesses. At Details, we’re proud to support that success and to play a small part in building a more connected, sustainable, and prosperous future for the floral industry!

Honorable Mentions
As we reflect on 2025, these honorable mentions capture the moments that strengthened our community, reinforced our values, and expanded our impact beyond product launches and events. From being named a Top Culture Champion in the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s CO—100 Awards to celebrating 10 years of Details Flowers Software, this year offered meaningful milestones rooted in collaboration, gratitude, and growth. Giving back remained central to who we are—through Petal It Forward, a hands-on United Way initiative creating arrangements for local seniors, and continued support of Seed Your Future and That Flower Feeling, both of which align closely with our belief in investing in people, education, and the lasting power of flowers. Corrine’s ongoing leadership on the boards of Seed Your Future and That Flower Feeling further strengthened our commitment to advocacy, awareness, and the future of the floral industry.

We also focused deeply on nurturing the next generation and celebrating creativity across the industry. Expanded internship programs with Stetson University and the University of Florida, increased adoption of Details in educational programs, and participation in career fairs allowed us to support students as they explore careers in florals and technology. Creativity took center stage with the debut of Duel of the Delphiniums, a dynamic, bracket-style design competition that showcased extraordinary talent, storytelling, and innovation from across the floral community—made possible by generous partners including Ball SB, SAF, and Allure Farms. We closed the year by launching Details University LIVE! on Spotify, giving florists new ways to learn and stay inspired wherever they are. Together, these moments reflect a year defined by connection, creativity, and a shared commitment to growing the floral industry—now and into the future!
