Our CEO, Corrine, and her husband, Greg, had an unforgettable weekend at the British Florist Association’s FleurEx event in Nottingham! The energy, creativity, and community spirit of UK floristry were in full bloom, and they were thrilled to be part of it all. They loved connecting with UK friends, taking fun cartoon AI photos, and bringing a little Details sparkle to the exhibition hall. Here’s the full recap of their experience at FleurEx!
Inspired by Taylor Swift’s new album Life of a Show Girl, we created an interactive booth experience celebrating the fun, flair, and hustle of life as a show florist. The “Life of a Show Florist” booth was buzzing all weekend—with music, laughter, and plenty of Swiftie-style sparkle.
One of the best parts of FleurEx is reconnecting with familiar faces. We loved spending time with our friends from Kay’s Flower School, John Elstgeest of Flower Circus, Oasis Floral Products UK, Yan Skates, and so many others throughout the weekend. The conversations, laughter, and shared passion for floristry remind us why this industry feels like one big family.
Every visitor received a friendship bracelet (because what’s a Taylor moment without them?) and a chance to play our exclusive “Engagement Price Guessing Game.” With Taylor and Travis’s engagement making headlines, we invited guests to guess the total cost of their imagined engagement shoot—complete with all the floral drama you’d expect from a pop princess!

Beyond our booth, the weekend was an incredible showcase of artistry and passion. From inspiring demonstrations to thrilling competitions, the creativity on display at FleurEx 2025 reminded us why the UK floristry community is truly world-class. We were honored to be finalists for Service Provider of the Year at the BFA Industry Awards, and to celebrate alongside so many talented individuals and businesses who continue to elevate and inspire the floral industry.

We also have to give a special shoutout to Katrina and the team at Cloud Hill Flowers, who designed the stunning floral arrangements for the event. Every installation and bouquet reflected pure artistry—lush, textured, and full of life. Their work added an unforgettable layer of beauty and elegance to the entire weekend. As one of our wonderful Details customers, it was such a joy to see their talent shining so brightly on this international stage!
Each of these talented individuals and businesses contributes so much to our industry’s growth and spirit. The energy, craftsmanship, and camaraderie across the event were truly inspiring—proof that the UK floral scene continues to bloom brighter each year!
