Out of more than 12,500 applicants nationwide, Details was selected as part of this elite group of entrepreneurs and founders recognized for their innovation, growth, and impact in communities across the country.
In addition to joining the CO—100, we are honored to be named a finalist for the Culture of Champions Award, which celebrates businesses with exceptional company culture. Each week, our team participates in yoga sessions at Studio 311 Yoga, led by mentor and guide Sherri Meyers, and twice a month, we welcome licensed esthetician Kaley Griggs, owner of The Luxe Room, who provides spa services to support mental and physical health. Beyond the office, our team has opportunities to travel together, deepening our knowledge of the floral industry, meeting customers and partners face-to-face, and building strong personal bonds. We also love giving back to our community through initiatives like Petal It Forward, where we share the joy of flowers with those around us.
Celebration is another cornerstone of life at Details. We prioritize honoring holidays, birthdays, work anniversaries, baby showers, and other personal milestones that bring us together as a team. Some of our favorite traditions include transforming our upstairs offices into a haunted house for Halloween and creating a giant charcuterie board on Valentine’s Day where everyone contributes their favorite treats. Flowers fill our workplace daily, reminding us of their power to spark joy and creativity. By investing in wellness, connection, and celebration, we’ve created a culture where our team doesn’t just show up for work—we show up for each other.
This recognition builds on another milestone we are especially proud of. In 2023, Details Flowers Software was named Small Business of the Year by the Daytona Beach Regional Chamber of Commerce. That honor highlighted our commitment to excellence on a local level, and now the CO—100 acknowledgment celebrates our growth and impact nationwide.
From October 6–8, Details will join fellow honorees at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s historic headquarters in Washington, D.C. The celebration will include premier events and an awards dinner, during which 10 businesses will be recognized across categories of excellence. One standout company will be named America’s Top Small Business and awarded a $25,000 grand prize.
