Wedding MBA 2025: A Floral-Filled Recap

by Details Flowers ● 25 November ● Partners

Wedding MBA 2025 delivered an inspiring week in Las Vegas filled with education, creativity, and connection. Florists from across the country gathered for business insights, artistic inspiration, and hands-on training—and the Floral Track, sponsored by Details Flowers Software, was once again a major highlight of the conference.

This year, our team went all-in: from booth experiences and live demonstrations to supplier interviews and immersive learning. Here’s a look back at everything that made the week unforgettable.

Tuesday: Kicking Off the Week With Immersion & Education

Before the Floral Track officially began, the Details Flowers team spent Tuesday morning visiting two of our trusted industry partners—Floral Supply Syndicate and Greenfield & Co. We sourced décor and materials for our booth and loved seeing their operations firsthand. Walking through their warehouses and selecting items ourselves gave us a meaningful opportunity to experience the process as our florists do—gearing up for a major event with equal parts strategy and excitement.

Adding to the excitement, our CEO took the stage once again as the official Floral Track moderator, keeping sessions running smoothly, keeping florists entertained between speakers, and ensuring the room stayed energized, inspired, and on schedule. Her leadership brought warmth, humor, and organization to each session, helping set the tone for a standout week of floral education.

With our booth vision in place, we headed back to the Las Vegas Convention Center, where the Floral Specialty Seminars began in the Magnolia Room.
