We’ve heard your requests and are excited to announce brand new features that just launched on Details! We have added label customization on the Event Details Page and three powerful new reporting tools. Our newest features will save you time, boost your organization, and empower you to make more informed decisions with ease. Let’s take a closer look at what’s new!

Label Customization

We’re thrilled to introduce a new customization feature on the Event Details page. You can now personalize the Time, Location, and Bouquet Delivery field labels for each of your events, giving you even more control to tailor your proposals and documents to your unique workflow and client needs.

To update your labels, click the paper and pencil icon next to the section you want to edit. A pop-up box will appear with drop-down menus that allow you to choose your preferred label names.

Changing linked fields (indicated by a link icon on the right-hand side) will automatically update the other to keep everything consistent. Want to edit them independently? Click the link icon to unlink them—it's quick and easy. 

This is a fantastic addition to the platform, giving you greater flexibility and a more personalized experience managing your events.

Event Totals Page: Your Financial Command Center

Get a comprehensive view of your event finances—all in one place.

The Event Totals page is your new go-to reporting feature, offering a streamlined way to review and analyze key financial details across your events. Whether you're focused on profits, taxes, or discounts, this tool brings everything together in a clean, customizable format.

    You can find events by name, date, location, client, and more. If you need to see only events with discounts or specific tax structures, just apply the relevant filters!

    Instantly view totals for taxes, fees, and discounts without digging into individual events.

  • Fully Customizable Table
    Choose the columns that matter most to you via the ‘Settings’ menu. Export your data to CSV, and even click on an event name to jump right into its details.

Received Payments: Track What’s Been Paid—With Confidence

The Received Payments page brings all your completed transactions into one centralized hub, making it easy to track income and ensure your books are up to date.

Expected Payments: Forecast Your Future Finances

Stay ahead with payment forecasting.

The Expected Payments page offers a proactive way to monitor upcoming and overdue payments, helping you avoid surprises and improve your cash flow.

Use the Payment Timeline Quick Stats to see exactly which payments are due in the next 7, 30, or 90 days. Click any segment to view the specific payments included in each total.
