This year has been one none of us could have expected. There have been setbacks and frustrations, but there is also so much encouragement to be found in the ways people are coming together to support each other and especially in all the ways we've seen business-owners evolve and innovate to rise to this year's challenges.
We've been so inspired by all of the ways florists have pushed to keep making the world a more beautiful place through their floral art!
At Details, we've had to find ways to diversify too! At the beginning of all of this, when events were being shut down all over the country, we pivoted to use our platform to provide educational resources to our community. From daily webinars and weekly blog posts, to providing information about small business loans and other relief options, we tried our best to be an outlet of support for the community!
We also took this year to provide dozens of updates and improvements to the site, some in direct response to what our community has gone through, like expanding the control Details users have over their contracts.
Needless to say, everyone had a little more time on their hands than we were expecting for this year; we used it to improve Details for everyone and we did it without increasing costs to our users or putting any of our new features behind a paywall!

We hope that we've made this year a little better for each of you, and we can't wait to see all that our global floral community will do in the coming year.
