Inside the New Jet Fresh Flowers HQ

While we were in town for Fresh Fest 2025, we had the opportunity to stop by the brand-new Jet Fresh Flowers headquarters in Doral—and as expected, they’ve created a truly inspiring space. Known for their bold blooms, vibrant team culture, and commitment to excellence, Jet Fresh’s new home represents a major leap forward for their operation and the floral community they support. Mike Black and Sid gave us the behind-the-scenes tour, and we are so excited to share their new space with you! 

More Room to Bloom

After years in the same location, Jet Fresh made a transformative move. Their new facility at 7725 NW 41st Street, Suite 100 in Doral, FL was thoughtfully designed to enhance workflow, support expansion, and deliver a better experience for everyone they serve—all while preserving the signature Jet Fresh charm.

The upgraded space allows the team to work far more efficiently, with expanded floor plans, increased rack space, a larger receiving zone, and clearly defined PQ inspection areas. With 34-foot-high ceilings, they’ve set the stage for vertical racking systems that will maximize cooler capacity as their operations continue to grow.

Moving from 2 to 8 bay doors has reduced delivery delays, made scheduling easier, and supported their cross-docking and cold-storage model, ensuring product moves swiftly and stays in peak condition.

A Better Experience for Customers

Jet Fresh has also reimagined the shopping experience. Their new Cash & Carry complex, now directly connected to a larger tropical room, is bright, fresh, and built for comfort. With plenty of space for carts, racks, and ample parking, the new layout is a huge upgrade for both customers and team members.

Florists, note that their upcoming designer rental “multipurpose room” is designed with you in mind. This temperature-controlled space will offer access to water, buckets, fresh product, and coffee, creating a turnkey environment for on-site design work. A dedicated website with usage guidelines and a booking calendar is being developed.

Even the front “living room” area is being reimagined as a stylish, functional workspace for florists on the move—complete with coffee, charging stations, and a room to reset between deliveries or meetings.

Flowers That Stand Out—And Keep Growing

Jet Fresh continues to set the bar when it comes to product variety and innovation. Their boutique rose farm, Jet Fresh Flower Growers, located in Cotopaxi, Ecuador, produces over 60 premium varieties, including creative offerings like Hippy Psychedelic Roses and the wax-dipped Choco Roses from VIP Roses.

As part of a long-term vision, Jet Fresh Flower Growers has acquired 35 hectares of new farmland just across the Río Alaquéz from their current operations. This untouched land—formerly a chemical-free dairy farm—offers exceptionally fertile soil and pristine conditions for growing roses.

The new site will allow for gradual, annual expansions, ensuring a consistent, high-quality supply for their growing global customer base. The farm also includes a 130-year-old hacienda and will preserve part of its dairy legacy. honoring Ecuadorian agriculture and the Black family’s own generational roots in flower farming.
