Accessing the shop is seamless. You can find the Details Direct link in several spots within your account (the Main Menu, Event List, or Costs Page).

• First-Time Users: Fill out the short request form. Once approved, check your email for your temporary password.
• Team Access: Did you know you can have multiple users under one Details Direct account? This makes it easy for your entire team to collaborate on sourcing without sharing single login credentials.

Master the Marketplace

Once you're in, set your delivery date and address first—this filters the marketplace to only show items that can reach you on time.

• Buying by the Box: On Details Direct, you are purchasing by the full box, ensuring the best possible protection and pricing for your blooms.
• Smart Browsing: Use filters to sort by color, price, or category. Choose Image View for a visual experience or Table View to see specific stem counts and units per box.
• Pro Tip: Hover over "Assorted" varieties to see the exact mix breakdown in that box.

Shopping & Checkout

• The 60-Minute Cart: Once you add an item, it’s held for one hour to ensure no one else snags your inventory while you shop. A live timer will keep you on track!
• One-Click Convenience: Once you enter your credit card information the first time, the system securely remembers it for all upcoming orders, making future checkouts lightning-fast.
• Shipping & Carriers: Orders placed by 12:00 PM EST are eligible for next-day delivery via FedEx Standard Overnight.
