What is a piece of advice that you still keep with you today?
Ellie - "Look outside the industry for ideas. There is so much inspiration for your designs and content not found in the floral industry. Do not be afraid to look at fashion, interior design, and event art to find that spark of inspiration!"
Lori - "If you are unsure if you are a leader, look behind you and see who is following you."
