With multiple events on a weekend - even in a day! What do you do to stay organized? We’ve all been there, working on a vast project, then suddenly a new client wants a quote, current clients are calling to make changes to their events, or you need to find the Details on that event you have coming up tomorrow! ## The Event List in your Details Flowers account helps put all your information at your fingertips! The Pipeline at the top of your Events List shows you the current status of your Events by organizing them into the Inquiry, Plan, Review, and Final stages. ![Screen Shot 2019-01-03 at 4.37.17 PM-1](https://blog.detailsflowers.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Screen%20Shot%202019-01-03%20at%204.37.17%20PM-1.png?width=300&name=Screen%20Shot%202019-01-03%20at%204.37.17%20PM-1.png)Adjusting where an event lives in your Pipeline is easy - use the status icons! The ‘New Inquires’ and ‘Received Payment’ statuses are already automated to help with this process, but you can also adjust these by clicking on the icon to change it yourself. Don’t know what the icons mean or where the different status indicators put your event in the pipeline? You can view the Icon Legend by clicking on the map symbol in the top-left corner of the Event List. You can also change the Status Icons in bulk by checking the boxes for the events you want to change and hitting the ‘Change Status’ button on the bottom center of the page. As always, hit ‘Save Changes’ when you're done! We know staying organized on a busy day is one of the hardest things to do, and the Event List is a great tool to help you do just that.
