The 2026 American Institute of Floral Designers (AIFD) National Symposium, Elevate, was an unforgettable celebration of creativity, education, and community. Although our team was only able to attend for one day this year, it didn't take long to feel the incredible energy that makes this event so special.
From the moment we stepped into the resort, we were surrounded by breathtaking floral artistry. Spectacular installations filled every corner, each one showcasing the extraordinary talent, passion, and innovation that define our industry. Everywhere you looked, designers were connecting, learning, and celebrating the art of floristry. If you weren't able to attend this year's Industry Showcase, we'd love to give you a glimpse into our experience.
This year, Corrine, Avery, Crystal, and Myranda proudly represented Details Flowers Software at the Industry Showcase.
While we always enjoy sharing new software features and connecting with attendees, our favorite part of every event is spending time with our customers. Hearing how Details has helped florists save time, improve profitability, and grow their businesses is why we do what we do. There's nothing quite like having those conversations face-to-face, answering questions, and learning more about each designer's unique business journey.
One of the most inspiring parts of the symposium was seeing students and emerging floral professionals experiencing AIFD for the first time. Their excitement and enthusiasm remind us that the future of our industry is incredibly bright.
Our Industry Showcase booth came together thanks to the generosity and support of several amazing partners.
A heartfelt thank you goes to Dogwood Blossom Stationery for designing and building our beautiful custom booth. From the stunning merchandise display wall to the magnetic backdrop that showcased our giveaways, every detail created a welcoming space for attendees to gather and connect.
We're also incredibly grateful to Alexandra Farms and Jet Fresh Flower Distributors for providing the premium blooms that brought our booth to life. Their beautiful flowers added the perfect finishing touch and helped create a space that truly reflected the artistry of our floral community.
This year, we were excited to introduce several new booth giveaways, including custom tote bags, water bottles, mousepads, eyeglass cleaning cloths, and magnetic floral tubes. Seeing attendees light up as they discovered each item made all the planning worthwhile.
Visitors also had the opportunity to enter several exciting giveaways throughout the day. Lucky winners received software perks—including the chance to win a complimentary year of Details Flowers Software—all leading up to our grand prize drawing for a brand-new iPad.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth, entered the giveaways, shared your stories, or simply introduced yourself. We loved meeting so many new floral friends from around the world while reconnecting with longtime customers, partners, and industry colleagues.
