A Letter from Our CEO Corrine Heck | February 2021

Today, as CEO, my time is still spent on finding problems and solving them.  We talk with our community every day, listening to ideas to improve Details and help YOU advance YOUR business.  Amidst the turmoil of the world, our main focus for 2021 is to continue to develop new features, all the while elevating, educating, and sharing this collective knowledge with you.  We can all agree that the floral industry needs a safe place to gather, share and create - what better place to do this than Details? We want you to benefit not only from our software but also from these helpful discussions and educational opportunities.  

Over the next few weeks, we invite you to sit in on a scheduled webinar with our team, grab a seat with a guest SUPER user, or post your questions on our private Facebook group.  And for all you Apple users, you can often find us on the new app Clubhouse.  What a treat to communicate in a variety of ways with all of you!  Ask us if you need an invite.

My team grows by learning from each of YOU.  So thank you for all of you that submit feature requests!  Our community grows by YOUR contributions to the greater good.  Join us somewhere and let us know what you think!
