Details Flowers Software 2023 Year In Review

Here is a look back at our year at Details, and we couldn't be happier! In 2023, Details Flowers Software had a fantastic year. When it comes to announcing brand-new partnerships, introducing eagerly anticipated features, and touring the world to meet floral friends, we can honestly state that this year will never be forgotten.

New Features

Last but not least, here's a recap of all the features we released on the Details Flowers Software platform last year!

Inspiration Gallery, Feb 2023

• Check out the all-new Inspiration Gallery Collections! You now have the option to organize, tag, and search for your Inspiration Images just like you can in the Recipe Gallery and Item Gallery. Of course, the best part is the new ability to organize your Inspiration Images into Collections! Creating a collection in the Inspiration Gallery will be the same as in the Item & Recipes galleries. There is no limit to the number of collections you can create.
  
  

Invoicing, July 2023

• The 'Invoicing' page of your Company settings has now been changed to 'Email Settings.' Here, you can customize your 'Invoice Ready' and 'Thank You' emails as you did before, but now you can also adjust your 'From' name, 'Reply to' name, and 'Reply To' email address.
• You will now be able to track all of the emails sent out through the Invoicing area of Details. Keep track of email opens, clicks, deliverability, and more!

New Blog Page, August 2023

• In August 2023, we implemented a new design for our blog and implemented a search feature to better navigate through our content. If you have not taken a look at our new and improved blog, take a look here!

Financial Defaults, October 2023

• We added 20 new currency options for our members, totaling 25 currency option aviable on Details.
• In the 'Invoice Note' section found in the bottom left-hand corner of our Company Finacial Settings, you will be able to adjust the note that shows on your invoice. This can also be adjusted on a per-event basis if you have something else you want to specifically include for certain clients.
  

Enlarge Images on Worksheet, October 2023

• We added the ability to see a larger version of a recipe image on a worksheet line item. We also added the ability to print the items used section of the worksheet.

New Customizable Headers in Your 'Proposal', October 2023

• We added the ability for more header fields to be customized in Details. Specifically, for Client Information, Event Information, and the Color Palette.

Updated 'Form List' Navigation, October 2023

• We made the form responses table sortable, as well as added the option to export the form responses table, and the option to print the form responses table.

Adjustable Holidays, November 2023

• Up until now, Details had popular US holidays listed on the 'Event Date' calendar located on the Details page. Now, each user will be able to choose between US, Canadian, Australian, and UK holidays from the 'My Account' page.

Additional Features Subscription View, November 2023

• Previously, you were able to see your main subscription plan and any added user subscriptions on the Subscription page. Now, you will also be able to view your Form Builder and Subdomain subscriptions listed here, and we have updated the view on that area.

Send Proposal Through Details, December 2023

• Once you have your Proposal Saved & Published, click the 'Send Now' button under the 'Proposal Access' section of the Proposal tab. This will send an email to your primary contact with a link to view their Proposal, which they can accept and sign.
